How to Order
     You can order by telephone: call 770-254-8667 to place your order Monday–Friday 10:00-6:00 EST.,

      You can order any of our products personalized or blank with no personalization. All of our
garments or accessories include an embroidered 6,000 stitch logo, monogram or stock
design. Should your item require more than 6,000 stitches refer to the chart below for each
1,000 stitches.

      Digitizing is the art of converting your hard copy logo or design into a digitized compute
software embroidery file. Once this is done and we get your approval, we will be ready to
process your order.

      We are able to offer you the highest quality design services because our digitizer is
exceptionally talented at combining the art and technology needed for perfect designs every

Payment Options
      We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. Credit cards will be billed
as The Allgood Stitchery, Inc.

      We also accept personal checks and money orders. Paying by check or money order will slow
the process some. We hold all personal checks for 7 days until the funds clear.

       Personalized items will be shipped in 5 to 10 business days. If something is out of stock we
will make every effort to let you know when it becomes available. Orders placed over the week
end will be processed the following Monday.
      We will ship your order by USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or UPS Air Services. During the
ordering phase, please pay close attention to your address information. If you put the wrong
suite number or address and it is returned to us you will have to pay another shipping charge.
We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

Changing an Order
       If for some reason you need to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
You can call us at 770-254-8667 or email us at stichert@bellsouth.net. We are trying to get your
order out as quickly as we can. Once your order is processed and is decorated it is too late.

       We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there is something wrong with your
order we will make it right. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.

returns without it. Personalized items are not returnable. Personalized items can be returned
if they are defective, if we put the wrong name or initials on it, or we have given you the wrong
size. These items will be fixed or replaced. We will not send the replacement until the original
item is returned. If we need to refund you, we will refund you the amount of your order excluding
the shipping.
